No refunds are granted within 48 hours of program start date.

Day Pass Policy

A day pass allows general entry into the facility, access to fitness classes and equipment, and participation in open activity times. Children ages 4 months and up require a day pass to use the facility.

Acceptable forms of ID include: driver’s license, passport, or state issued ID card. All adults must present valid identification at each visit. Due to child safety concerns, all persons entering the Kroc Center are required to purchase a day pass, sign a Day Use Agreement, and have their picture taken regardless of their level of participation in the center. Upon their first visit, a minor must have a parent or legal guardian sign the Day Use Agreement; after this is completed, children ages 10+ may be at the Kroc Center without adult supervision in select areas.

Children under 15 years must adhere to age-specific guidelines for different venues. Please see back cover for more information. Everyone must sign a separate waiver in order to utilize the rock wall or the Library/Media Center, and minors must have their waivers signed by a parent/legal guardian. The Kroc Center reserves the right to limit the number of day passes available at any time.
